CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Frank M. Lunn is the CEO of TOONBO Entertainment. His role includes creative oversight and development, handling of relationships with third party vendors and personnel, providing script review, securing talent, working on budgets, supervising production and managing the domestic and international exploitation of TOONBO within various media platforms.

Frank has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has been involved in structuring entertainment transactions and practicing entertainment law for over twenty years while working for and with top-tier studios, networks and production companies in film, television and digital media.

Frank worked as an in-house business & legal affairs attorney for over 7 years at both Fox and Disney. As the former head of business affairs for Saban Entertainment and Fox Family Worldwide in Canada, Frank negotiated and drafted agreements regarding the acquisition, development, production, financing and distribution of film and television programming for 20th Century Fox and Paramount. He has capably handled all aspects of day-to-day production affairs, including advising production executives and supervising legal oversight of domestic and international productions filmed in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany and the UK.

As an entertainment attorney, Frank’s corporate clients have included DreamWorks Animation, Disney Channel, DreamWorks Television, ABC Cable Networks Group and Omation Animation Studio (Barnyard and Jimmy Neutron). Frank’s entertainment clients have worked on successful projects for Sony Pictures Animation, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney, Warner Bros., Random House, DC Comics, Hanna-Barbera, Marvel Comics, 20th Century Fox, Scholastic and DreamWorks, among others.

Frank has the distinguished honor of having been named a “Southern California Super Lawyer / Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine for three years in a row (2005, 2006 and 2007). Frank is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
